We are free from any obstacles presented by insurance, and you will never work with an assistant. Furthermore, you have full access to my personal contact information for anything you need during our journey together.
Training and Care for Overhead Athletes
With 4 years of experience as a pitcher in college and over 10 years of coaching experience at youth, high school, and collegiate levels, Eric is knowledgeable and proficient in treating a wide array of conditions related to throwing and repetitive overhead motions. We have full access to the largest and most well-equipped baseball facility in the region to provide the best environment for athletes to fully rehab and train.

Do you take my insurance?
I am out-of-network from all major insurance companies to be able to provide the best value for you. Providers have made it abundantly clear in recent years that profits take precedence over the actual health of their customers. Strict parameters are set on visit limits, type of treatment covered, and timeliness of care. Here we are completely free to do what is best for you with zero constraints whatsoever.
However, many patients have coverage that provides out-of-network benefits. I can provide you with an invoice at the time of service that you can then send to your provider for reimbursement. Typically, insurance providers allow you to submit this up to one year following your treatment.
Will this cost more than seeing an in-network provider?
In many cases an out-of-network physical therapy service will cost you less than a traditional insurance-based clinic. Moberly Physical Therapy & Performance charges well below the national average of in-network providers and is not bound to prohibitive rules for treatment. Clients with deductible or high out of pocket maximum plans are just two examples that may benefit from specialized out-of-network services.
